A water heater is the one appliance in the house where electricity and water meet on purpose. We install them the boring, by-the-book way — because the alternative is not boring at all.
Installed safe, sized right
Half our heater call-outs start with someone else’s shortcut: no earth wire, a lighting circuit feeding a 3.6kW unit, or an ELCB that was bypassed because it “kept tripping”. We put those right before anything else.
Buying new? Tell us your shower habits and household size and we will size the unit honestly — an oversized storage tank just heats water for the electricity meter’s benefit.

Calls we get most
“The shower is suddenly cold”
Element or thermostat, usually. If the unit is under seven years old a repair often beats replacement — we will tell you which.
“It trips the moment it heats”
That is the ELCB doing its job — current is leaking somewhere. Never bypass it; have the element and wiring tested.
“Water flow is too weak to trigger it”
Common on upper floors. A small inline pump matched to the heater solves it without touching the building supply.
