This policy explains how Peakstudio Works Sdn. Bhd. (“PeakStudio”, “we”, “us”), registration number 202201035816 (1470252-K), of No. 27-1, Jalan Bandar 12, Taman Melawati, 53100 Kuala Lumpur, handles personal data collected through peakstudio.my. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

What we collect

When you use the booking form, call us, or write to us by WhatsApp or email, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the description you give of the job. If you become a customer, we additionally hold records of quotes, invoices, warranty terms and the work performed.

The website itself collects only what a standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps. We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, schedule and perform visits, issue quotes and receipts, honour warranties, and keep the basic accounting records Malaysian law requires of a business. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.

Who sees it

Within PeakStudio, only staff who need your details to do the job see them — the coordinator who books you in and the technician who visits. Outside PeakStudio, data is disclosed only to service providers who host our systems, to our accountants and auditors where records require it, or where disclosure is required by law or a regulator.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Customer job records are kept for seven years to match warranty periods and statutory record-keeping requirements, then destroyed.

How we protect it

Records live in access-controlled systems, connections to this website are encrypted, and paper copies (where unavoidable) are stored at the workshop and shredded when the retention period ends.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing (which may mean we cannot complete a booking). Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 21 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, the revised policy appears on this page with a new revision date. Material changes affecting existing customers are notified directly.
