DB box & house rewiring
Breakers that trip nightly, plates that feel warm, lights that dim when the kettle runs — wiring talks before it fails. We speak the language.
Diagnosed first, rewired only where needed
A full rewire is sometimes the right call — but not always. We start with insulation-resistance and load tests circuit by circuit, so you see which runs are genuinely tired and which have decades left. You pay to replace the problem, not the whole house by default.
Every job is done by Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wiremen. Boards leave our hands tested, RCD-protected and labelled in plain English, so the next person who opens the cover — including future you — knows exactly what feeds what.
What a visit covers
- Trip-fault tracing and load balancing
- Distribution board replacement with RCD/RCBO protection
- Partial and full house rewiring, surface or concealed
- Earthing system checks and upgrades
- Test report and labelled circuits on handover
Calls we get most
“It trips every night around dinner”
A load pattern, not a coincidence — usually one overloaded circuit carrying the kitchen. Rebalancing often fixes it without rewiring.
“The house is from the 90s, should I worry?”
Not automatically. Insulation testing gives a real answer in an hour — some 90s wiring passes clean, some fails badly.
“A switch sparked and went black”
Stop using that circuit and call. Carbon tracking spreads — a burnt switch is cheap, the wall behind it is not.
Wiring acting strange?
Electrical faults rarely improve with patience. A one-hour test visit settles the question.
