Home / What We Handle / Fans, Lights & Power Points

Ceiling fans, lights & power points

The small jobs that make a home work: a fan that does not wobble, light where you actually read, and sockets where the furniture really is.

Small jobs, done like big ones

A ceiling fan is 5 to 8 kilograms swinging above your sofa — it deserves a proper hook anchored to structure, not a plug into plasterboard. Every fan we hang is balanced and run through all speeds before we fold the ladder.

Adding sockets, we chase neatly or run trunking in straight lines, match your existing plates, and always land the new point on a properly protected circuit. Extension cords are for Christmas lights, not the television.

What a visit covers

  • Ceiling and wall fans installed, balanced and remote-paired
  • Downlights, pendants and outdoor lighting circuits
  • New power points, USB sockets and dedicated appliance lines
  • Switch and dimmer replacement, two-way switching setups
  • All points tested and load-checked before handover

Calls we get most

“The new fan wobbles on speed 3”

Either blade balance or a mount flexing. Both fixable — and worth fixing, because wobble slowly destroys the bearing.

“I need sockets for a home office”

We plan points around the desk layout, add USB where it earns its keep, and keep the printer off the same circuit as the aircon.

“Can you move this light two metres?”

Usually yes, and neatly. Ceiling voids in most Malaysian homes give us a clean route without visible trunking.
